Whom are we looking for?
We are looking for a motivated and skilled planner/coordinator with a technical and/or administrative education. Experience is an advantage, but we also encourage recent graduates to apply. If you are the right kind of person and eager to learn and grow, we would love to hear from you.
You should have an interest in operational planning, coordination, supplier and customer relations, and be comfortable working with cross-disciplinary challenges.
What will you do with us?
As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating service assignments for customers.
You will receive inquiries and provide customers with the best possible solution by coordinating internal and external resources.
You will be responsible for spare parts sales and customer support within existing service contracts.
You will contribute to proposal writing together with sales representatives, send order confirmations, prepare work descriptions for technicians and mechanics, and monitor the completion of service assignments.
Customer invoicing and ordering from our suppliers will also be part of your responsibilities as Service Coordinator.
We are looking for someone who has:
- A technical education from a technical college or within engineering.
- Experience or interest in the service and maintenance of technical systems. Recent graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Good system understanding and technical insight.
- The ability to work independently, accurately, and thoroughly.
- Strong communication skills in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
- A valid driver’s license, class B.
- A clean criminal record and the ability to obtain security clearance.

Location:
You will be based in Jessheim and have a varied workday from there.
