Senior Sales Manager for Energy Storage in Sweden
Role Description
BOS Power is expanding one of the strongest Energy Storage Systems teams in the Nordics. We design and deliver large-scale Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) that support grid stability, renewable integration, and the green transition.
We are hiring a Sales Manager or Senior Sales Manager for Energy Storage in Sweden. The role level will depend on the experience of the selected candidate. Senior applicants with strong industry experience, competitor background, or a proven BESS sales track record are highly encouraged to apply.
Team Environment
You become part of a strong and well-coordinated Nordic Energy Storage team with experienced colleagues across Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Norway. The commercial team works closely together on opportunities, customer insights and market development, ensuring that you are never selling alone or without support.
You are backed by a dedicated technical organization with deep expertise in system design, engineering, solutions development and supplier collaboration. This gives you a high level of confidence in the solutions you bring to customers and allows you to focus on building relationships, shaping opportunities and closing deals.
The setup is designed to let sales focus on sales, with solid pre-sales, engineering and technical support behind you throughout the entire process.
Responsibilities

Lead the full sales cycle for grid-scale and C&I BESS projects in Sweden.

Develop relationships with utilities, developers, data centers, industrial customers, aggregators, consultants, and EPC partners.

Identify and qualify new ESS opportunities and contribute to Sweden's market development.

Work closely with engineering and solution teams to prepare high-quality proposals.

Translate technical solutions into clear commercial value for customers.

Maintain a strategic 12-24 month sales pipeline.

Represent BOS Power at industry events, conferences, and networks as well as at customer workshops.

Build partnerships with technology suppliers, EPCs, and solution partners.

Contribute to the Nordic commercial strategy.
Qualifications

Experience selling BESS, grid-connected storage, hybrid-power, solar, or EPC energy solutions.

Strong network in the Swedish energy sector.

Ability to work with technical and commercial decision makers.

Understanding of ESS value streams, grid services, and energy markets.

Strong commercial skills with experience in long, complex sales cycles.

Entrepreneurial mindset and structured working style.

Fluent in Swedish and English (Other Nordic languages is an advantage).
Education

Bachelor's degree in engineering, energy systems, business, economics, industrial engineering, or similar.

Master's degrees are equally welcomed, including both technical (electrical engineering, energy technology, renewable energy systems) and commercially relevant Master's degrees (energy economics, energy markets, international business with energy focus, technology and management, industrial engineering and management).
