Do you want to work on complex projects across the Nordics?

As part of BOS Power’s growth journey, we are now building a more structured and future-oriented Supply Chain organisation. We are looking for a skilled Senior Project Procurement Specialist who will play a key role in the execution of our projects across the Nordic region.

At BOS Power, you will work cross-functionally and closely with sales, project teams, and technical experts to secure critical deliveries for our customers. The role will have a particular focus on further developing the procurement function in BOS Power, with responsibility for deliveries in complex projects where short deadlines place high demands on efficient procurement processes, logistics, and transport.

About the role

As Senior Project Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for procurement activities in projects across the Nordics, from the early tender phase through to project execution and delivery within critical infrastructure.

The role requires strong commercial understanding, a structured way of working, and the ability to manage stakeholders in highly complex projects.

You will actively contribute to developing our supplier base and building internal structures for supplier management, prequalification, processes, logistics flow, and ERP support within the SCM function.

Your responsibilities

  • Lead and carry out procurement activities in complex projects across the Nordics.
  • Support the sales department in selecting the right suppliers, building cost calculations, and ensuring a holistic supplier strategy.
  • Identify, evaluate, and prequalify suppliers in line with requirements for quality, sustainability, and legal compliance.
  • Prepare, negotiate, and follow up on contracts and purchase orders with suppliers, both nationally and internationally.
  • Plan and coordinate project logistics and transport, including delivery terms.
  • Follow up and further develop suppliers with a focus on quality, cost, and delivery time.
  • Contribute to improving procurement processes, logistics flow, and the use of ERP systems.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, project management, logistics, and technical teams.
  • Identify and realise cost-saving opportunities and risk-reducing measures.

Desired qualifications

  • Experience with project procurement from complex deliveries, preferably within industry, energy, offshore, marine or similar sectors.
  • Education within logistics, supply chain, economics, engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with supplier development and/or supplier prequalification.
  • Good understanding of contracts, negotiations, and supplier markets.
  • Experience with logistics, transport, and delivery terms.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, IFS, Dynamics, or similar.
  • Ability to manage several parallel projects and stakeholders.
  • Strong collaboration skills and commercial acumen.
  • Fluent in English and Norwegian, both written and spoken.

What we offer

  • A central role in building a professional SCM organisation.
  • The opportunity to work with complex projects and deliveries across the Nordics.
  • Influence on supplier strategy, processes, logistics setup, and ERP system development.
  • Close collaboration with sales and project teams.
  • A competent and cross-functional working environment.
  • Modern and attractive offices in Damsgårdsveien.
  • Good development opportunities and competitive terms.
