Discover Cutting-Edge Electric & Hybrid Propulsion for CTV
By combining the reliability of diesel motors with the efficiency of electric motors, hybrid systems offer a versatile solution for varying power demands, whilst reducing the environmental impact of vessel operations.
This integration both leads to a reduction in fuel consumption and decreases emissions, aligning with global efforts towards a greener future.
Particularly beneficial for crew transfer vessels, hybrid propulsion systems provide a balance between traditional and modern technologies, ensuring operational efficiency, safety, and environmental responsibility.

The Ecoflow Propulsor
Depending on the type of operations, workboats have highly variable propulsion requirements. Servogear controllable pitch propeller system, the Servogear Ecoflow Propulsor™ has all the necessary properties needed for most fast multi-purpose workboats: high speed, superb towing capability, excellent maneuverability and superior vessel control in adverse weather conditions.
Our unique propeller tunnel reduces the draught and gives the propeller better protection against floating debris.

IMO Tier III propulsion systems
Reduce NOx emissions with SCR aftertreatment system.
Our innovative system is tailor-made for small engine rooms, offering lightweight and compact design without compromising on effectiveness.
As the single provider in the market for such a solution, ship-owners with focus on sustainable solutions and reduction of emission can improve the fleets environmental profile as well as increase vessel secondhand value.
Exhaust gas aftertreatment system reduces NOx emissions in an effective way, in compliance with the requirements of IMO Tier III.
After treatment systems from BOS Power can be used for a various application to reduce NOx emissions, such as for fast ferries, crew transfer vessels, Search and Rescue vessel and patrol vessels.

mtu S4000 IMO Tier III
The latest generation of mtu’ s Series 4000 engines equipped with the SCR system
With a variety of technical advances to the turbocharging system, the combustion process and the injection system of the engines combined with mtu’s SCR system, NOx emissions have been reduced by 75% compared with IMO II. An additional diesel particulate filter is not required.
Power-To-X
Power-to-X are one of the key levers on the road to climate neutrality. Using e-fuels such as e-methanol produced from renewable energy sources and converted into propulsion power you have a climate-neutral energy transformation.
The benefit of methanol is its high energy denisity compared to other sustainable fuels, and its liquid state which means it's easy to store and refuel at ambient temperatures. Existing infrastructure can continue to be used in many cases.
